The score combines several factors - technical coverage of the specifications, your track record on similar contracts, geographic proximity, competitive density and others - and improves as CPV learns your company profile. On internal benchmarks over historical data it predicts the outcome of a bid correctly more than 80% of the time. It is always advisory: the final decision is yours.
What is a pre-tender signal?
Public decisions that point to an upcoming tender before it is formally published - budget approvals, municipal council decisions, committee minutes. They give you weeks or months to prepare. Available on the Enterprise plan.
How does automatic CPV matching work?
