Which sources does the platform cover?
Greek tenders from ΚΗΜΔΗΣ, the Central Electronic Registry of Public Contracts, and European tenders from TED, the EU Tenders Electronic Daily. For every tender we follow the full lifecycle: publication, award, contract and payment.
How is the AI fit score built?
It combines technical coverage of the specifications, your track record on similar contracts, geographic proximity, competitive density and other factors, and it improves as the platform learns your company profile. It is always advisory: the final decision is yours.
What is an early-warning signal?
A budget-commitment decision published by a contracting authority before the tender itself. It tells you a purchase is coming weeks before the notice appears, while there is still time to talk to the buyer.
What happens with scanned tender documents?
Roughly one in twenty tender documents is a scan with no machine-readable text. The platform reads those visually, so the fit report is complete either way.
How does CPV matching work if I do not know the codes?
You do not need to. During onboarding we research your company, build a profile of what you do and propose the matching CPV codes. You review and correct them, and you can browse the full CPV vocabulary in Greek at any time.
Do I need technical knowledge to start?
