Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
GOVADI P.C. ("GOVADI", "we") operates the informational website www.govadi.gr (the "Site"). This Policy explains what personal data we collect through the Site and how we process it, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679, "GDPR") and Greek Law 4624/2019.

3. What we collect
Contact form. When you submit the form we collect your name and email, and optionally your organization, phone, and message, along with the language and timestamp of the submission.
Technical data. Our hosting and CDN providers log standard server data (e.g. IP address, browser type) for security and operation.
Local storage. The Site stores two functional values: govadi_intro_seen, so the intro screen is not shown again, and govadi_consent, which records your cookie choice. Neither is shared with third parties.
Advertising cookie (optional). If, and only if, you press Accept on the cookie banner, we load the LinkedIn Insight Tag. It sets LinkedIn cookies and sends LinkedIn your IP address, browser data and the pages you view on this Site, so that we can measure whether our LinkedIn advertising reaches relevant visitors. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, the tag is never loaded and no advertising cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your enquiry submitted via the form — based on your consent and/or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(a)/(b) GDPR).
- Security and proper operation of the Site — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Measuring the effectiveness of our LinkedIn advertising — only on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Recipients and processors
We use selected providers acting as processors: Xano (backend/hosting), Cloudflare (CDN/DNS), and Resend (delivery of the notification email to info@govadi.gr). If you consent to the advertising cookie, LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company also receives data for that purpose as a separate controller. Fonts are self-hosted on this Site (no external font CDN).
6. International transfers
Some providers (e.g. the hosting backend) may process data outside the EEA, in the United States. Where you have consented to the advertising cookie, LinkedIn may likewise transfer data to the United States. Where this occurs, the transfer is safeguarded by appropriate measures (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
7. Retention
Contact-form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter, then deleted.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and to withdraw consent. To exercise your rights, contact info@govadi.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
9. Third-party products / subdomains
The CPV (cpv.govadi.gr) and Whistleblow (whistleblow.govadi.gr) products are separate services with their own privacy policies.

We may update this Policy. The current version is published on this page.
